Reputation
I protect your personality rights and your business reputation against unlawful interference: defamatory statements, unauthorised use of names, photos or videos, and other infringements, offline and online.
I review publications and content of any kind – online and offline – for their legality. This covers in particular social media posts, online reviews and other statements, as well as the use of names, photos and audiovisual content.
In doing so I consider in particular the data protection requirements of the GDPR, the rules of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the TDDDG, and other applicable legal requirements.
I support you in enforcing claims for injunctive relief, deletion, removal, disclosure and damages, out of court and in court. Claims can be brought against the authors of unlawful content as well as against host providers, online portals, social media platforms and other providers of digital services.
Where necessary, I also assess whether the conduct in question is relevant under criminal law.
